Chris Freise is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Redco Development. Chris oversees efforts for Redco’s Bay Area portfolio. Redco in its 6-year operating history has completed in excess of $800 million in gross deal acquisitions focusing on industrial, multifamily and office. Prior to launching Redco, Chris founded Lift Partners, a west coast industrial platform that completed $500 million dollars in acquisitions during his tenure at the firm including raising a discretionary fund with a confidential Ivy league endowment. Chris worked at LBA Realty as a Transactions Director before that working on a 14 million square foot portfolio in Northern California including acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions. Chris learned ground-up development working as Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle and worked on 5 million square feet of ground-up development in Vulcan’s South Lake Union project including Amazon’s Corporate Headquarters and several high rise residential projects. He began his career working at RREEF as an analyst
Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and is Downtown San Jose PBID Board President and Downtown SF Partnership Board Member. When not hanging with his daughter Finley, son Cooper and wife Marie, Chris is an active water enthusiast including surfing/kitesurfing and 49ers/Warriors fan.
Jason Freise is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Redco Development. Jason oversees Redco’s portfolio in Seattle, Southern California and Reno metros. Jason transactions for focus on industrial value-add, industrial development and industrial outdoor storage opportunities primarily. Prior to launching Redco, Jason was involved in the rapid expansion and development of OluKai, currently one of the largest privately held footwear manufacturers. There he worked for 12 years in several positions most recently running OluKai’s international sales team.
Jason received his B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine as well as Juris Doctor from NW California & currently sits on the Surf Industry Manufactures Association (SIMA) Board of Directors as Insights Committee Chairman. Jason is an active outdoor enthusiast and lives in San Clemente with wife Nicaela, sons Lincoln and spending much of their free time enjoying themselves at San Onofre.
